Privacy policy

When you place an order: your name, phone number and email address, any notes you add, and the order itself (garment, colours, sizes, quantities and print areas).

Your design: the text you type and the images you upload for printing.

To check and price your order, to contact you about it, to print it and to arrange delivery. We do not use your details for advertising, and we do not sell or rent them.

Online payments are processed by PayHere. You enter your card details on PayHere's secure page, so we never receive or store your card number. We only receive a confirmation that the payment was made, with its reference and amount.

Uploaded images are stored on our own server so we can print your order. Only our staff can see them. We do not publish or reuse your artwork.

The site uses a cookie to remember your language, and one to keep our staff signed in to the admin area. There are no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.

Only the people needed to complete your order, such as PayHere to take your payment, a courier who needs your name and phone number for delivery, or when the law requires it.

We keep order details and artwork for as long as we need them for your order, reprints and our business records. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, to correct them, or to delete them, in line with Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022.

Your details are stored on our own server, the admin area is protected by a staff sign-in, and only our team can open your orders.

If we change how we use your details, we will update this page and the date at the top.
