Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you use this website and when you order printed garments from tryout in Sri Lanka. By placing an order you accept them.

Prices on the website are estimates. After you send an order, our team checks your artwork and contacts you by phone or email with the final price.

Your order is confirmed only when you agree to that final price. Custom colours, very large sizes, large quantities and special requests are always quoted separately.

Once we confirm the final price with you, you pay online through PayHere, our payment provider, using a Visa or Mastercard card or another method PayHere offers. Payment is in Sri Lankan rupees (LKR).

Your card details are entered on PayHere's secure page. We never see or store them. Printing starts after the payment is received.

We deliver across Sri Lanka. Orders are usually printed and dispatched within 5 to 7 working days after payment; large or team orders can take longer, and we tell you the expected date when we confirm the order.

Delivery charges, if any, are shown in the final price we confirm with you.

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every image, logo, name and text you upload or type.

You are responsible for what you ask us to print. We may refuse artwork that is offensive, unlawful, or uses someone else's brand or copyright without permission.

Our ready-made designs, layouts and team kits stay ours. You may order them printed on your own garments, but you may not copy, sell or reuse the artwork elsewhere.

Colours on a screen can look different from ink on fabric, and printed placement can vary slightly from the mockup. Please check the size guide before you order.

You can change or cancel an order until we start producing it. As every item is printed for you, an order cannot be cancelled once printing has started.

Printed items are made to order and are not returned for a change of mind.

If an item is faulty, damaged, or not what we confirmed with you, tell us within 7 days of receiving it, with photos. We will reprint it or refund that item. Our Refund policy has the details.

As far as Sri Lankan law allows, our responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
